Bhoomi

Bhoomi is the Karnataka Revenue Department portal that issues the RTC (Pahani) and the mutation register for agricultural land in the state.

One of India's earliest land-record digitisation programmes, Bhoomi holds the current RTC, the mutation history, and the record of who is recorded as cultivating each survey number. It answers the revenue question only - for registered instruments and encumbrances the corresponding portal is Kaveri, and for survey sketches it is Mojini or Dishaank.
