Form 9 and Form 11

Also known as: e-Swathu, Form 9, Form 11

Form 9 and Form 11 are the Gram Panchayat records issued through e-Swathu for non-agricultural property in Karnataka's rural areas - Form 9 establishes the property for tax purposes and Form 11 is the demand register entry.

They function for panchayat areas roughly as a Khata does for a municipal area. A Form 9 can only lawfully be issued for property that is validly converted or within a recognised gramthana boundary, and Forms 9 issued over agricultural or government land are a known irregularity. As with a Khata, these are tax records and not title documents.
