Kaveri Online Services is the Karnataka registration department portal used to obtain Encumbrance Certificates, certified copies of registered deeds, and guidance-value information.
Kaveri covers the registration side of Karnataka land records, distinct from Bhoomi's revenue side. It is the source for the EC in Form 15 or Form 16, for certified copies of the deeds that make up the chain of title, and for the notified guidance value applicable to a registration.
